Update on Traffic Calming Requests
The requests for traffic calming on Van Allan Road and on Stevenvale Road were approved at the July 2024 meeting of Scarborough Community Council. Installation of the speed humps is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2025.

Update on All-Way Stop request at Stevenvale Road and Van Allan Road
The request for an all-way stop at Stevenvale Road and Van Allan Road was approved at the July 2024 meeting of Scarborough Community Council. The stop sign installation is anticipated to take place within the next two months and the painting of the pedestrian crossing lines and curb depressions for the east/west crossings will take place in 2025. As the north/south crossings already have curb depressions, the pedestrian crossing will be painted this year.
