City of Toronto celebrating National Indigenous History Month throughout June
Toronto History Museums announce a month-long series of programs for National Indigenous History Month in June, giving residents an opportunity to celebrate the heritage, contributions and cultures of Indigenous peoples in Canada.
Activities at Toronto History Museums will include The Moccasin Identifier Project, a Traditional Medicine Walk, a Summer Solstice celebration, Indigenous culinary experiences, and the launch of a new Indigenous Curriculum for the museum's education program. Official opening of renovated Sculptor's Cabin in Guild Park
The City of Toronto's newly renovated Sculptor's Cabin in Guild Park and Gardens will be officially open this Saturday, June 8, 2019. This event will mark the first set of launching the Clark Centre for the Arts, a multi-purpose, multi-faceted arts facility scheduled to open in the Guild Park and Gardens in 2020. Gates Open: Home and Garden Tour
Don't miss out on the 7th annual Gates Open Home & Garden Tour! Tour beautiful homes perched along the Scarborough Bluffs and be inspired with new and creative ideas for your own home and garden. Most of the homes on tour this year are south of Kingston Road between Brimley Road and Guildwood Parkway. This year, attendees can opt to include a visit to The Bluffers Restaurant and Grill, where a special menu has been created just for this event. Proceeds for this year's tour will support the new emergency department at the Centenary Site of the Scarborough Health network.

Guests will get the chance to take in PRIDE themed enrichment at 6 locations across the Zoo with the tours being led by Toronto Zoo staff along with guest-presenters; PRIDE drag queen entertainers. It’s all about celebrating our Toronto PRIDE with fun, colour and, of course, diversity.
