As Councillor for Ward 43 I would like to update you on the work to be done in your community.

Since last spring city staff, have been speaking with your developer The Consortium Group for the purpose of addressing items which require completion. 

Bonspiel Park will be receiving sod by the first week of June, as the heavy wet winter season has delayed harvesting of the sod farms.

A construction schedule has also been provided which provides for a timeline of the work which is required: removal and replacement of some concrete curbs and sidewalks to commence the week of May 4, Asphalt repairs and grinding to commence the week of May 18, and the top asphalt is to be poured the week of  May 25. The catch basin and clean up of the area is to start the week of June 1.
